had 4 rounds of interview, 2 of those were with the same Manager, if well it was nice experience, they took long time by asking for straight 4 hours interview

basically asked tell me about yourself, for different ladies, one of them repeated the interview, no really deep or too technical questions.

Below average salary — Recruiter said they are using the Radford dataset, which is very old. No equity or bonus, so a very low total compensation. Prep email said they have a weird WHO interview style … but it ended up being a normal interview. Interviewer was evasive in my questions. Never really gave me a story or an example despite asking for one several times. Very much “corporate speak”, “do the best thing for the company”. Not honest, direct, genuine. Too much double speak.
