The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Peterson David M PC (New York, NY) in Jan 2015
Interview
Quick interview about your background with one of his assistants. They meet you downstairs in a common conference room and they go over your resume pretty quickly. They ask what your availability is and when you can begin working. They go upstairs then another quick interview about almost the same exact thing with the attorney. It was fairly casual and it turned out that his mother was a professor at my university. We talked about school, the kind of law that is practiced at his firm and what I can do to contribute.

Interview
For students, a short interview, mainly just asked about my language abilities (they were looking for translators) and availability to start. They mainly recruit students from well-known schools so they don't doubt your capabilities once you're on board.

Interview
The interview was fairly straightforward. Started out with introducing yourself and why you would like to work for the company. Didn't throw me a curve since I was well-prepared.

Interview
Run-through of resume and relevant work experience
The interview was fairly to the point, no specific questions to trip you. Main point is to know that you are a good fit for the firm. If you have a language skill, will be tested briefly to gauge fluency.
