Interview
Pretty easy, laid back interview. There was a short, over the phone interview with the human resources person, then one in person interview. They will hire almost anyone. It is a revolving door in the sales department. Everyone gets a chance.

Question 1
Role play with sales manager. He calls you on the phone pretending to be a customer and you play the rep trying to sell him something.

Interview
I had to sit with the head of the sales department and my customer service rep supervisor. I believe that my supervisor was a little rude about my decision, and even though they said they would assist me, more negative feedback was given than anything.
