short internview sesssion around (15 mins)-introduce urself, achievements and acomplishments , why choose to work at petronas, experience work, weakness and strength u possess, technical questions (based on the job scope)
An online interview and informal chit-chat session were conducted to gather insights and facilitate a more personal interaction. The session was arranged via phone call, during which the details of the meeting were discussed and confirmed. I later received the official schedule for the online meeting, which was conducted via Microsoft Teams. The use of MS Teams provided an efficient platform for the meeting, allowing for seamless communication and interaction during the session.

What motivated you to pursue a research project on hydrokinetic turbines, and how do you think this technology can contribute to renewable energy solutions in Malaysia?
Structured Interview, case studies and working with other potential candidates. Was a good learning experience, met a lot of other candidates who also have good potential however I did not do as well for certain case studies and therefore did not pass to the next stage.
