I applied online and received a call back two weeks later. They set up an interview with me for the following week. Normally they do phone interviews, but for my qualifications, they waived that and had me come straight in. It was a 6-hour interview with six different people of varying levels in the company from my potential future manager to my potential coworkers. It ended with a talk with HR regarding benefits and any further questions. It was a pleasant experience and they also understood that since it was a long process, they made sure to take frequent breaks. Everyone was very pleasant and it was an enjoyable interview. I learned so much about the company and it was the first time a company had ever gone in depth about their products past the cursory, "This is what we do . . . "
