Unreasonable Interview NDA- Stay Away: Following the recruiter phone screen candidates are required to sign an NDA with no carve outs for prior inventions or time limits on confidentiality obligations. Don't waste your time, its unconscionable to have candidates sign an NDA masquerading as a non-compete in the interview process.
A recruiter call is initially followed by a hiring manager interview. After that are the Coding and system design rounds. If you get through this you will have a culture fit interview as the final round and then you get an offer.
