The interview is very basic, a standard behavioral interview, and a safety video to prepare new coming employees to understand how to be safe on the Jobsite and what to do when faced with a dangerous situation.

Applied online, received a phone call within a few days to schedule a phone screen.
After phone screen, came in and met with leadership. Heard back from the recruiter within a few days, and recieved a formal offer over the phone.
