Long but beneficial. Thorough. You get the opportunity to learn everything you need to know about the organization during the process. Plenty of opportunities to ask questions and be heard in return.

Took a while after applying. But once interviewed they offered quickly. I was offered the position, pay was decent. The hours are not all captured easily though so 40 hours sometimes was more like 50
