CV Review and STAR behavioural questions.
Asked to talk through my CV, in particular what I had achieved at University and how this helped me.
Asked 3/4 behavioural questions which were to be answered in the STAR format.
Followed by a lab tour and invited to ask any questions after.
Total interview time took about 1 and a half to 2 hours, and was told the outcome relatively quickly after this (couple of days).
After accepting the offer a contract was emailed to me to look over and a starting date advised.
