Interview
The interview process was a 'cattle call.' A general job posting was on the internet. They accepted resumes and applications 'drop offs' on a specific day. Prospective candidates were called and asked to come for a formal interview. Hiring was done after one formal interview. Around one week later all staff members were required to attend an orientation. Shortly after that the business was open for the season. The process was efficient and successful in not wasting time.
