I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Philadelphia Montessori Charte in Nov 2018
Interview
Quickly called in for an interview and answered some basic teaching questions on an online questionnaire. Never got any feedback on the questionnaire. It seemed like the decision was already made as the principal gave off a definite vibe of just looking for an excuse to reject me at the interview. Appears to be an interesting place to work and grow as a professional, especially for someone just starting out or looking to switch gears.
