Old school, they made you drive to the office & fill out an old-fashioned paper application, then made you sit for a very long time past your interview time, while it was NOT busy & the DM sat in his office across for the waiting room. The paper application asked for personal information (DOB, SS#, DL#, address, gender, etc) that could be easily left in the wrong hands to steal your identity. And they want you to come in so they could give you the "up-down" when they thought you weren't looking, and then there the "man-spread" during the interview. If you like being treated like a piece of meat this is the place for you. If you like getting the "up-down" from the male senior management, this is the place for you. Oh & the "man-spread" another great interview process. Talk about the good ole boys club, thought 2108 was different, especially in a liberal/female friendly town, but talk about being treated like a commodity, this place should be investigated, with the sexism, and misogynistic attitude. No respect & just repulsive. Asked to email & follow-up, which I did & never got a response. Still, have the creepy crawlers thinking of how the DM acted during the interview process. (couldn't tell is he as sleepy, drunk or high on an opiate during our meeting)
