Interview process felt like a conversation more than an interview. Left feeling confident and like I fit in with the current team. They asked if it was ok that there was no parking.

Interview
Most questions were related to what if scenarios and how to delegate responsibility. Some questions about de-escalation. My interview was via zoom; however, it is not uncommon for interviews to be in person.
The whole process was pretty straight forward. I was an internal hire, so I had an interview with the area lead over zoom. The whole process from application to offer took about 2 weeks if I remember correctly.
Talk to a recruiter for first interview (30 mins), then if the recruiter thinks you are a match for the store/team you are applying for then you get an email inviting you to a second interview with the store leader (gm) and if you score high then you will get the job offer.
