Interview
There are 4 parts including applying for instructor pilot: written test, interview, sim flight, and actual flight. Overall it's difficult because many aviation schools only require an interview. A total of more than thirty people applied, and the acceptance rate should be less than 30%. I guess.

Interview
Management checks your documents, to make sure you are legit. Then, they ask a series of questions about aviation related topics, and then asked HR questions. It was more of a conversation than an interview. It lasted about 45 minutes, in person. After the interview, they give you a short tour of the facility, and send you on your way. 2-4 days later, they give you a call back if they want to accept you. Standards takes about 2-3 weeks to complete before you are on the line as an instructor.

Interview
The hiring process was longer than they stated it would be. A bunch of unprofessionals who are unorganized. Management needs to get better at the hiring process, or pay for the extended duration. Everything is centered around 1 crosswind flight with the owner which has to be done in excessive crosswind conditions; this can cause a delay of up to 3 weeks as it did for me.
