They have structured process, very nice and we'll behaved folks who try to discuss your experience and overall journey. There were 4-5 rounds and they all try to ask maximum behaviour and role related questions and are in return open to discussing culture and role. But here comes the issue that they have no structure in place for feedbacks, The HR would tell you your profile was selected and then keep you on hold. I heard this from other people also who were interviewed but were left hanging for next steps and even you follow up no one from their entire team responded back. They should value other people's time and be more transparent in hiring process.
