Very easy process. They ask you about your goals, what you think the job is about, your work experience, etc. They explain commissions and tell you about training, as well as your work hours and how you get paid.

I had a phone interview a few days before the actual interview, then the in person interview. It was easy and relaxed however I was under the impression that the interview was for a different position and I feel like the job post was misleading
