Interviewed with HR over zoom, then the CEO, then was invited for an on-site interview. The on-site was a research presentation, followed by a tour and 30min each one on ones with all the management members. The interview was okay, and people were nice, but they ghosted me afterwards which I thought was rude. I followed up and was told they're still working on the decision and then radio silence. I would've appreciated being told they are going with someone else or something.
