Follow up was very good, but work culture is bad. Micro management, work hours 14 hours minimum daily. Provide respect to team is very bad. Worst management i ever saw

They don't have knowledge on conduct the proper interview process. Lot of rounds they conduct. I have attended 7 rounds and then also they can't able to predict me. No updates they gave and not attend my calls.
