Interview
Met District Manager at studio in Walmart. Went to sit down in adjacent McDonald's to discuss more so my sales experience. Had brought my laptop to show off some of my previous work. DM really liked my work. I had been expecting a little more when she told me the pay was only $12.00/hr.

It was very thorough in terms of skills and accessing the future employee's willingness to learn. Clear expectations of sales and good customer service explained in the interview. Questions were directly related to the position.
