Phrase interview questions

Lengthy process, making you wait for a long time, promised to give you the position after round 3, claiming round 4 is just for getting to know people. Spent 4 hours talking to different people in round 4 with the guarantee of hiring, then 3 weeks went by and came back with rejection. A waste of time

Recruiter contacted me in a working day after my application. The introduction was super nice. I enjoyed the energy and our communication. A tech interview in a week. Went good (from my perspective at least). Same good impression. Then.. ignorance. I wrote a follow-up email. Nothing. 3 weeks - no feedback at all. Now, the position is irrelevant for me.
