Additionally they are in a lawsuit with Uber, with Uber alleging Phunware defrauded them and also ran ads on Porn sites which was agasint Uber's wishes. This information is available to the public. I think the Market understands Phunware, as well as their recent employees and interview candidates. I'm sure they will respond "Oh, it's not true!" Well, it is true you are in a lawsuit with Uber, the details of which have not been decided in court yet. It is true that your stock market chart is the wackiest I've ever seen and is closer to "trainwreck" than "crash." It is true that their employee reviews are sharply down. Additionally the recent interview reviews here on glassdoor are on par with what I had seen from them. I decided to pursue other opportunities
