I was referred by a friend that works at this company and it could not have been an easier more enjoyable process. Be prepared for several interviews with several people, likely multiple on the same day. My experience was a mix of both interview questions but also a significant portion of just chatting and getting to know the company/them getting to know me. Highly recommend applying!

Mostly discussed my prior experience as a UA and my role in a different start up.
Multiple rounds - Phone interview with a member of HR, in depth interview with the Hiring manager, then multiple 45-minute panel interviews with members of the team you will be joining.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Pie Insurance in Aug 2021
Interview
I received an initial e-mail from the Sr. Corporate Recruiter to schedule a phone screening. The recruiter was polite and asked questions that were representative of the position I applied. All went well and a Zoom Call interview was then offered with an Underwriting Associate Team Lead at the hiring location.
