Interview
Two interviews are required in the hiring process. First interview is with the Nurse Manager one on one. The second interview is a peer interview that will be scheduled sometime later in the week. Each interviewer used a hospital guide sheet to answer required questions. Standard leadership and scenario questions.
I think it was okay. recruiter was late but eventually made it. other than that interview process was okay. Was scheduled to meet with nursing manager and the hiring team after.
Received call and Schedule was set and then went on to hospital to meet with HR, charge nurse, director. Waited in office and met with said people. Oriented in the hospital and services in-patient and out -patient.
