Interview
Interview went well, average questions asked around the role, my experience and skills. Two person interview with the Merch asking questions and HR, making the notes. Relaxed interview, certainly there was a good cop/bad cop technique being used.
Had an initial phone interview, more about personality. And then an in person interview, which was once again similiar, very causal and ended with a creative task of creating a bed spread design, choosing stock light sheets and blankets that would compliment each other, and then arguing why.
Accommodating and standard procedures. Good exercises and feedback given. The process was long but the team was nice and welcoming. They provided good assets to work with and made it clear on what to do and what they are looking for.
