The interview was done over Zoom. The main manager did not show, the assistant manager performed the interview and asked some reasonable questions. Had a feeling that they were just trying to see if I was professional and had some common sense skillsets to move forward. Had an offer provided during the interview.

2 day class where they assessed knowledge of property adjusting. After we took the tests they were evaluated and if your score was satisfactory they brought you in and offered you a position.
