Spoke with manager of my department then store manager. After hired did paperwork a few days later then started work. Wish there was more room for pay difference. Have 3 years experience in my department but was told had to start same as someone who has no experience

I technically had two interviews in the same day but it wasn't stressful and they were easy to talk to. I actually did an orientation-type thing and was shown the ropes before the interviews; I guess they wanted to make sure I didn't see any dealbreakers before they spent the time to interview me. It was all easy.
