There was one over the phone interview, one behavioral interview via zoom, and one informal interview with the office I would be located at via zoom. The interview process lasted from January to April.

Interview
The interviewers had straightforward questions. I did two interviews total - both times with different staff members. Overall kind and friendly individuals who asked an equal amount of questions about me as a person and my personal work experiences.

Q: Describe a time you faced adversity and overcame it.
The first stage was a screening call over the phone. Next, they did an interview (on zoom) where they used the STAR method. I understand the justification behind the STAR approach, but I felt like there were a lot of skills and qualifications that I didn't have the chance to talk about.
