Interview
Very straight forward interview with a HR screening call and follow-up call with an associate and VP. Just asked basic questions like why interested in firm, why private credit, what is your outlook on private credit markets.
All behavioral but it was a for a sophomore internship that was not focused on technical analysis. Interviewers we’re very nice and kept the interview conversational with only behavioral questions.

Straight forward recruitment process, 3 rounds with associates followed by a call with an MD. Mainly behavioral with a few technicals. Quick process, heard back within a week as to what the next steps would be.
