      Customer Support Specialist Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at PingPong (New York, NY) in Feb 2026

      Interview

This is easily one of the most unprofessional companies that I've encountered. I would certainly believe all of the bad reviews that appear on their page. I spoke to an HR person for the initial interview. They seemed very nice and the conversation was good. Towards the end, they said someone in a room directly next to them would be in touch regarding the next interview steps. They even advised that I email them my upcoming availability so that they'd know when to schedule the next interview. Our call ended and I sent them a thank you email and my schedule. They then proceeded to completely ghost me. I sent follow up emails and even contacted this HR person on LinkedIn (which I can see that they still use because they've posted things after I've reached out to them), and I've still gone ignored. Completely unprofessional behavior. And if this is how they treat their applicants, I can certainly believe the terrible reviews that appear on their page.
