They reach out to you with an absurd aptitude test which has no relation to the role (they do not even call to ask for scheduling or if the candidate is free for rounds of assessments). Then, they come up with an "assignment" which is takes about 2 hours of your time, including finding bugs in their app. After all this free work they extract, they do not have the courtesy to send a regret email after multiple follow ups. The process does not involve any empathy, expect the candidate to be desperate enough to do what's asked. No mention of what they offer. Attempt to apply only if you have lots of time, are desperate for a job and expect to waste lot of energy.
