I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pinkberry (New York, NY) in Jun 2009
Interview
The assistant manager was really nice and friendly. She basically asked me questions about my last job and if I ever had an experience with a rude customer. I said no, but then she asked me what would I do if I did. Then she asked me to describe myself in 3 words.
met with store manager and had a basic interview where they asked me personality questions. Questions included how do i handle stress, availability, and past working experience. it was cool

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pinkberry (Washington, DC)
Interview
The same day that I interviewed I was hired. I didn't need previous work experience in the food industry - just a good attitude and a willingness to learn. Pinkberry taught me how to handle clients or customers and to use a registrar.
