They are looking for someone who can sell. Someone who is good at closing. You must have great phone skills and be able to speak about the importnce of education. Be aggressive

Interview
The process was simple. First step is a 15 minute virtual interview and the second step is an on campus interview. It was great to meet some of my future co-workers and other staff members. We toured the facilities and I did a side by side with an Admissions Coordinator for 15 minutes.
