I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pinnacle Clinical Research in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview process was conducted in a friendly and cooperative manner. The team members I interacted with were professional, approachable, and created a welcoming environment throughout the discussions. Communication was timely, and scheduling was handled smoothly, which I greatly appreciated.
That said, I did find that the job description did not fully reflect the day-to-day responsibilities and expectations of the position. While I understand that roles can evolve with organizational needs, I believe greater alignment between the posted description and the actual scope of the work would help set clearer expectations for future candidates and ensure a stronger mutual fit from the outset.
Overall, I valued the respectful tone of the interview process, though I would recommend more accurate and detailed job descriptions to support both the company and prospective applicants.

Interview
Had a phone interview first that lasted less than 10 minutes. Was asked for an in-person interview, i met with two ladies from HR. I felt the interview itself was a bit weird, was asked multiple times " so what do you think " and was told they weren't just going to hire someone because they were desperate. They did tell me the girl who was there in the position quit after a week. To me that was a red flag along with the reviews.
