Very off topic. Not professional. The manager at the time was not in any uniform. She was in street clothes. Also, that day she reprimanded an associates and I could hear her screaming at her adorn the hallway

They/we had a list of questions to ask.
Previous work history, longest job, what you did, convicted of any crimes, which employer did I like the best and why etc.

Interview
My application was reviewed online, and I was asked to participate in a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was sent testing on Microsoft Programs and Basic HR knowledge. Once my scores were reviewed, I was asked to participate in an In-Person interview.
