Submitted Resume on job search site, got a call for interview for an in person interview the following day. Interviewed by director of the department, introduced to GM of the branch, called back a day after and was asked to start immediately.

the process was all about how you look Dale is after a sexual looking administrative group not about what they can accomplish but how his team looks not fat but all in shape team . H e refuses to hire a management person over weight or not sexual good looking for his playground.
