Phone screen, 1st round over the phone, and superday in the Minneapolis office. The process was very straightforward with normal IB interview questions. Everyone was friendly to speak to from the Analysts to the MDs

Walk me through an LBO, accounting question regarding deferred revenue
Decent difficulty, good amount of technical questions as well as basic behavioural, but nothing too out of the ordinary. Really know your story and why this firm in particular. Technicals should be pretty sharp
After passing the first round, I was invited to a Superday where I completed several back-to-back interviews with senior bankers, focusing on technical skills like valuation methods, financial statements, and behavioral questions about teamwork and problem-solving. Additionally, I was given a technical assessment to build a simple financial model and analyze a hypothetical investment scenario.
medium difficulty. one technical round and a few personal rounds. went through a hiring team and were pretty reciprocative. interviewed for the consumer investment banking vertical. did not get offer.
