Interview
First of all, there was a phone interview. It was just asking about my studies and things based on CV. And then there were excel studies (which were not difficult) and lastly, in-person interview including HR and task/case studies in the office in Cologne.
First round interview: A 15-minute phone screening with simple behavioral questions. Afterward, you’ll receive an email with an English proficiency test, including multiple-choice questions, true/false questions, grammar exercises, and a short writing task, as well as a basic Excel test.
Second round interview: This round consists of three interviews. The first is with HR and is similar to the phone screening but with more in-depth questions. The second and third are with two different business managers and focus primarily on case analysis.

Question 1
Typical business cases involve questions such as identifying key metrics to focus on for a particular industry and performing simple calculations of financial indicators, such as operating profit margin.
I waited so much for answer. They said that they will answer but didn’t get any answer until I wrote them, this is so disrespectful because I postponed another job for this job. I did 2 hours online test and spent 3 hours in the office they even didnt say, we’ re not gonna continue with you? Stay away.
