I recently interviewed for the Customer Service Manager role at Pistola and, although I wasn’t ultimately selected, I had an incredibly positive experience thanks to the recruiter, Katie. From the very beginning, Katie was warm, communicative, and transparent—something that, unfortunately, can be rare in hiring processes. She kept me in the loop every step of the way, advocated for me, and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. Even when things didn’t go my way, I left the process with a great impression of how she treats candidates. If more recruiters approached their work like Katie, the hiring experience across the board would be so much better for candidates. Grateful to have connected and hopeful to cross paths again in the future.

Hired me within 15 minutes of the interview, should have known it was a red flag. Never take a job on the spot, without you vetting them as well. They were desperate for people with their high turnover.
