Initially, I really clicked with upper management at the company. My phone and live interviews went really well, and was told I would be a great fit for the company. I also had a great feeling about what I could bring to the role - and I felt I would be able to make a lot of my broad skill-set work in favor of the company; especially considering they were just starting out. This was definitely recognized by upper-management during my interview period, which was appreciated.
