Pitt Ohio Express interview questions

Interview went well I thought seeing as the guy gave me a job offer contingent on a background check that takes 2 weeks. Was told Wait here and you can fill out the paperwork. So I did. So fast forward 2 weeks and the estimate time of the background was up and haven’t heard anything so I sent an email to the person who set up the initial interview. Got a call back the next day talking about “oh you weren’t given a job offer, that’s not how we do things and how they just had me fill out paperwork.” They out here giving out fake job offers and having you fill out background paperwork for basically nothing except to waste your time and give you false hope. Imo there’s no reason to have someone fill out background paperwork if you claim to have not hired them.

Received a call from HR to set up an interview. Met with supervisors over Zoom. Interview was simple, just for them to get to know you and for them to share info about the position. Took (admittedly difficult) critical thinking skills and data entry tests. Results are compared to other finalist applicants. Afterwards, if chosen, briefly meet with a member of higher level management who will make the final decision if you're on board. Afterwards, HR will inform you of the decision. Took about a week.
