I first went to the Byham House to interview with the House Director. I was asked pretty standard interview questions, focusing on how my past experiences prepared me for the kind of job that involves taking care of others. Later on, a I had a phone interview with a different manager, and I was asked a lot of the same kinds of questions, but also more that were related to being able to empathize with dancers, young female dancers in particular.
