      Staff Accountant Interview

      24 Jul 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Denver, CO
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pivot Energy (Denver, CO) in Jul 2025

      Interview

Standard interview process, albeit all virtual. The forth interview was a virtual panel with "peers". They interviewers on the panel were not very engaging and borderline awkward, which threw the whole call off. It seems like they are only interested in hiring new grads, look at the photo on their careers page, it shows they have a huge bias towards 20 something's. I would dress down not up, as one of the interviewers was in a tattered tee shirt. GOOD LUCK!
