They do a 2 part interview, 1st with the manager of the store then with the area manager. The store manager, will ask specific preassigned questions and make notes, then talk to the area manger and will say yes or no. If yes, the area manager will either do the second interview that day or the next day. Then you will be told to start training either on Monday or Wednesday.
