I spent a lot of time and money (including travel expenses) preparing for the on-site interview with PlaneSense at their HQ location in Portsmouth, NH. I even signed-up for an expensive and intensive session with National Flight Simulator to become familiar with the Bonanza and the requirements for an interview with PlaneSense later that week.
I thought the interview with PlaneSense went well. It was a 3-part like described by the previous reviewer. After the interview I followed-up with HR thanking them for their time and the opportunity to meet with them.
About a week later I received an impersonal form-letter from HR saying "thanks for coming for the interview, but you weren't selected. Have a nice day!"
I emailed the HR associate and nicely asked for feedback/constructive criticism how I did with the interview; they said NONE would not be provided. I contacted higher-ups in the organization; no calls back, no nothing.
In my opinion PlaneSense is a very unprofessional organization! An interview should be a mutual two-way exchange.
