Interview
It was very simple. I started as a front desk associate and slowly crawled up. The interview was more like a lecture than an interview. It was more of a” can you do this task” and heavily reliant on customer service.

Are you comfortable with cleaning bathrooms and gym equipment.
Easy interview process, not much clarity on their job offering in terms of pay, benefits, etc., I had to ask all those questions. The AGM position started at just under $19-- jokingly unrealistic, if they expect anyone to work hard and stick around. I have no doubt the company could shuffle budgets around to put a little more into their labor costs. Felt like a waste of time.

How I would prioritize tasks in a certain example scenario
Interview process is fast, they called me the same day i applied and hired me on within a week. The manager is very professional. The interview lasted about 20 minutes. They interviews other candidates and got back to be super fast.

This was an easy interview process! I went through a phone screening and a virtual interview stage and was immediately hired. Make sure to demonstrate your determination to be a leader and support a team. They are also looking for candidates with a growth mindset
