I applied online waited about 2 days got a call back saying they wanted to see me the next day so I went in and sat down at a table in public with the manager then spent 5 minutes going over some easy questions like why should we hire you etc then got a call the next day and started the day after that.

They take you to a table with a team lead and a manager and they will interview you in house and they are polite and well mannered and dont ask very hard questions

Are you able to perform janitorial duties
They ask normal questions, like tell me about yourself, what you do at your current job, and they ask very basic ans general questions. Interview is fairly easy. Having open availability helped in my case.

Fast and professional offered tons of Insight into the job position and culture. Honest about question and gave the impression of a good crew. Very fast response following the interview.
