Pretty straightforward. 2 interviews - one virtual and another in person. The first is your standard tell-me-about-yourself and the second is more in depth with all team leads involved. Each one asks a question. Turn around time was quick - probably one or two days, and management is very transparent about where you’re sitting in the candidate pool.
The interview process was a bit slow, with delays between stages.
No technical questions were asked, which felt a bit unusual for the role.
The salary offer was on the lower side compared to industry standards.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Planet Pharma (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2025
Interview
First round of interviews was over zoom and was super short and informal. Just me and the hiring manager, he asked me basic questions about my background and what I knew about the company/why I wanted to get into recruiting.
