Planet Tan interview questions

Got an interview for location in college station. Spoke on the phone then went in person to speak in person. Was told that I was hired and in order to start working I needed to complete an online course. I did very well in the course and it only took me a couple of days to complete. I quickly reached out to the hiring manager to see when I could start working and was ghosted. Never heard from them again even though I was on their online employee portal website. Not sure if that manager left the company or if it was just poor communication. Very unprofessional.
