There was an initial phone screening with an HR representative, followed by an hour long interview with the direct manager. For the second round, I was required to submit 10 pages of paperwork, including references for all prior work. I was told that candidates who made it past this round had an assignment to complete. I am writing here specifically to advise how disappointed I am in Planned Parenthood. As an organization driven by donors and volunteers, I was surprised that Planned Parenthood never got back to me following two rounds of interviews and completion of 10 pages of paperwork and extended e-mail correspondence. I of course continue to commend Planned Parenthood and the work they do, but in the future, for an mission-driven organization, it is incredibly important to get back to applicants who you have already spent a lengthy amount of time in an interview process (and want to remain committed to the organization, whether employed by them or not!).
