Interview
Submitted online application -resume and cover letter.
Received a phone call to go to their office in Los Angeles.
Interview lasted about 15-20 minutes with two of my future supervisors.
Received a follow up phone call about a week later to congratulate me on my acceptance and we discussed days I would be coming in and number of hours I could volunteer per week. Also had to pass a background check before I could start. The whole process took less than a month for me to officially begin the internship.

I cannot remember what sorts of questions were asked, but I remember being comfortable. The interviewers were friendly.
A very streamlined interview approach that focused more on experience and motivations. I appreciated the familiarity with my record and experience that my interviewer had, which helped me understand the direction the organization was looking to take

What was a previous work or volunteer obstacle you experienced and how did you overcome it?
I reached out through email to find a summer internship. About a month later, I had a scheduled interview that lasted about 20 minutes in person. About a week after the interview, I was offered the internship and had to go into the office to do about 15 minutes of paperwork.

Interview
Very informal and laid-back. I was prompted to answer an extensive amount of questions, but it was conversational. Most of the questions were behavioral based. If you take the time to prepare answers to basic interview questions you will be completely fine.
